ISO Workshop is intended to perform various operations related to ISO images. Thus, it can be used to create images from local files or folders, burn images onto discs, extract contents from images, make a backup copy of a disc and convert between various image formats. Fortunately, ISO is not the only supported format as the program also supports such file types as BIN, CUE, IMG, IMA, NRG, CDI, MDF, GI, PDI, DMG, B5I and B6I.
The tool has an easy-to-use interface in which all the functions are readily accessible from the Home screen. However, in my opinion, navigating between different functions is unnecessarily complicated as you will always need to return to the initial menu.
In general, ISO Workshop has the main advantage of providing functions that are not generally present together in a single application. Besides, it can be used by any kind of user, even though some basic knowledge about handling images may be necessary. Unfortunately, it cannot create virtual drives by mounting an image.
